The opportunity In your role as an Area Manager you will work alongside 5 Centre Directors and their teams, ensuring the best quality of education is being implemented at each service. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, proved success in monitoring and maintaining financials as well as ensuring legislation & regulations are adhered to within each service. Most importantly you will mentor centre directors and their teams to support and provide educational excellence and high quality of care for all children. Who you will be You will be Diploma or Bachelor qualified with 2 years experience in multi-site management, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. In addition, you will have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters, policies and compliance reporting. We are looking for a people person with a hands-on approach and passion for Early Childhood.
